Business-critical applications: customer and case management, subscriptions and billing, workflow, administration and reporting. New systems, and systems that have outgrown their original design.
Scope and cost
We establish what is worth building, what it will cost to deliver and what it will cost to run, before anything is committed.
Design and build
Applications structured so that business logic is not trapped in the presentation layer, tested where a customer would notice failure, and documented so nobody becomes a single point of failure.
Modernise what exists
Systems that worked at first and have since outgrown themselves. Usually cheaper than a rewrite, and lower risk.

Data and analysis
Information held across disconnected systems, consolidated and made answerable. Analysis that will withstand scrutiny from a board, an auditor or a regulator.
Warehousing and integration
Sources landed, modelled into a warehouse built around the questions people actually ask, and kept current on a defined cycle.
Reporting and intelligence
Power BI models and reports, scoring and benchmarking, and the geospatial reference data to compare like with like. AI agents grounded on the governed model.
Open data
National public datasets are free to download and rarely fit to use as published. Our own platforms are built on them; the same work is available to yours.

Managed operation
Software is not finished at launch. We host, monitor, patch and support the systems we deliver, and we will take on systems built by others.
Hosting and infrastructure
Cloud hosting on Microsoft Azure, with cost and resilience decided before build.
Monitoring and continuity
Alerting on every service, backups with tested restoration, and deployment without taking the service offline.
Ongoing development
Steady improvement against a roadmap, and a planned route to modernisation for platforms that need one.
Platform
Technology and standards
We work on Microsoft technologies throughout: .NET for what we build, SQL Server for what we store, Azure for what we run, and Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for analysis. One platform means fewer integration seams and one place to look when something needs explaining. We hold Microsoft certifications across cloud platform, data, security and AI.
Every system we deliver is held to the same standards as our own: encryption in transit and at rest, secrets in managed storage, least-privilege access, UK GDPR designed into the data model, and documentation that lets the work be handed over.

An existing platform, ours or someone else’s, hosted, secured and developed further by a supplier who remains accountable for it.

Delivery and running costs agreed in advance, including the cost of operating the system over its life.
Full client ownership
Source code, data and infrastructure accounts belong to you. No proprietary lock-in.
Continuity of service
Documented and transferable. Nothing we deliver depends on its author staying available.
Long-term accountability
We remain responsible for what we deliver. Our longest-running platform has been in service since 2011.
